The Company's net earnings showed improvement in the third fiscal quarter, increasing 15 percent to $4,418,000, from $3,842,000, reported in last year's comparable period. Earnings per share were $0.45 compared to $0.39 reported in last year's fiscal third quarter. For the nine month period ended December 31, 1995, consolidated revenues increased 40 percent to $201,174,000 from $143,968,000, reported in the same period last year. The Company's net earnings for the nine month period were $5,533,000 compared to $9,129,000 reported in last year's comparable period. Earnings per share for the nine month period were $0.56 compared to $0.96 for the same period last year.
