Alliance Building Services secures contract at 1041 Sixth Avenue.

The 24-story, 211,900-square-foot building, managed by Winoker Realty Co. Inc., features on-site, around-the-clock security. The building boasts a tenant roster that includes New World Travel, RSA Security, Dennis Publishing and the Eliran Murphy Group.
