Alliance Bank Appoints Dave Holmes to Executive Vice President.

CULVER CITY, Calif. -- Alliance Bank announced the appointment of David Holmes to executive vice president, heading up the Commercial Banking Group. The group is comprised of Alliance Bank's four regional offices located in Culver City, Woodland Hills, Burbank and Irvine. Mr. Holmes has been a senior executive banking officer in Southern California for over 30 years, including the last 7 years with Alliance Bank.
