Alliance Bank Announces Opening of Media District Regional Office in Burbank.BURBANK, Calif. -- Alliance Bank is pleased to announce its expansion into the Burbank and Toluca Lake area with a regional office now open at 3601 West Olive Avenue. "The new office allows our loan officers and customer service representatives to be closer to our clients.
