He will also assume responsibility for administrative matters, including the Corporate Communications, Information Technology, and Corporate Legal groups. Mr. Martin will report directly to Mr. MacMillan. Mr. Seaton McLean, currently President, Television Production, is being appointed President, Motion Picture Production, assuming the responsibilities of Mr. David Ginsburg, who is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. In 1978, along with Mr. MacMillan and others, Mr. McLean was one of the founding shareholders of Atlantis Films Limited, a predecessor company of ALLIANCE ATLANTIS COMMUNICATIONS INC. Mr. Peter Sussman, President, ALLIANCE ATLANTIS ENTERTAINMENT, who has shared responsibility with Mr. McLean for television production, is today also being appointed President, Television Production. Mr. Sussman joined Atlantis in 1986 and has been integral to the Company's growth in television development, financing, and production since that time. As part of this management streamlining, seven additional positions in Television and Motion Pictures are being eliminated in the Company's Los Angeles office.
