The credit facility will refinance the senior bank indebtedness of ALLIANCE ATLANTIS and its subsidiaries under its existing facility and will also be available for acquisitions, to fund internal growth initiatives and for general corporate purposes. The facility is not subject to amortization and will have a five year term. Moody's Investor Service assigned a Ba1 rating to the facility. "This now completes one of the major balance sheet initiatives designed to strengthen the Company's capital structure and allow us to grow our businesses going forward," said Mr. Judson Martin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ALLIANCE ATLANTIS.
