The Auction Channel, a leading global Internet and television company and Software Partner Hamburg, a management software developer for auction houses, have announced today a strategic partnership.

This new deal means that Softwarepartner Hamburg (www.sph.de) and The Auction Channel (www.theauctionchannel.com) can offer together integrated management software alongside live Internet bidding. Auction houses in Germany can thus have access to a complete online facility from the preparation to the execution and delivery of any type of auction together with real time bidding.

By linking the two softwares auction houses have access to: 1. a processing catalogue facility (formatting text and images), 2. direct access to any auction saleroom with live bidding, 3. back office access including instant production of invoice/statement. The Auction Management System for Windows (AMW) interfaces with The Auction Channel's Interactive Bidding System (IBS) to deliver a fast, seamless and complete software application.
