Alliance Systems, Inc. introduces the I-Series 5000 open communications platform designed specifically for medium-sized call centers, enterprises and Application Service Providers. The new I-Series 5000 joins the I-Series Communications Solutions Family, a complete line of advanced, open architecture systems serving the carrier, call center, network and enterprise markets.

The I-Series 5000 delivers the performance and uptime required to meet the current and future demands of telephony, data, e-business and wireless infrastructure for communication applications and the Internet.
