Alliance, Spector collaborate on Stamford's newest project.The Alliance Group is plannining two new mixed-use mixed-use adj. Designed by the New York-based Spector Group, the luxury towers will feature approximately 300 to 350 residential units, a selection of town houses and some retail space. The towers will be 24-stories high, with a three-story atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The towers will be composed of glass and stone and will be shaped as two curving arcs facing North and South. Groundbreaking for the development is expected to take place some time in 2007, with a planned 18-months construction schedule. |
