: HTTP) today announced that Stefan Allesch-Taylor the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer has personally acquired 4,514,476 shares for $11,286,190 cash.

STG stg abbr (= sterling) → ester  Holdings PLC, a company of which Stefan Allesch-Taylor is Chairman, has acquired over $70 million cash of HTTP Technology, Inc. shares over the last five weeks. STG and Allesch-Taylor's personal holding in HTTP Technology, Inc. now represents 70% of the issued share capital.

HTTP Technology, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with headquarters in London, owns Medicsight PLC, a UK registered medical software systems specialist.
