Allen Wycoff has joined the Bellevue office of KJM KJM Kommission für Jugendmedienschutz (Germany)
KJM Kommission für Jugendmedienschutz der Landesmedienanstalten (Germany) 
 & Associates as a Project Controls Specialist. Mr. Wycoff brings more than 12 years of building construction and inspection experience working as an owner's representative, construction manager, and construction inspector on transportation, marine and education projects. Previously, Mr. Wycoff served as the quality assurance and safety officer for a heavy construction government contractor A government contractor is a private company that produces goods or services under contract for the government. Often the terms of the contract specify cost plus – i.e., the contractor gets paid for its costs, plus a specified profit margin. .

Mr. Wycoff holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the California State University Enrollment
