Allen & O'Hara Adds Regional Manager and Housing Development Representative.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 2001

Allen & O'Hara, Inc. today announced the appointment of Christine D. Richards as a regional manager for their college housing properties, and Rhoda G. Bell as housing development representative for its Allen & O'Hara Education Services (AOES) subsidiary.

Richards joins Allen & O'Hara from Gables Residential in Memphis, where she was senior property manager and regional trainer, responsible for management of two upscale apartment communities and accountable for all operational training for 80 regional associates. Previously, she was a property manager for Gables, and was named Gables Residential "Associate of the Year" in 1999. Richards received her bachelor of arts degree cum laude from the University of Memphis The University of Memphis is a public research university located in Memphis, Tennessee, United States, and is a flagship public research university of the Tennessee Board of Regents system. .

Prior to joining AOES, Bell was a commercial real estate manager for AutoZone, where her responsibilities included the acquisition of real estate and zoning clearances for AutoZone store development.
