Richards joins Allen & O'Hara from Gables Residential in Memphis, where she was senior property manager and regional trainer, responsible for management of two upscale apartment communities and accountable for all operational training for 80 regional associates. Previously, she was a property manager for Gables, and was named Gables Residential "Associate of the Year" in 1999.
