Allegiant Air and Abanco International Team to Deliver On-Board Retail Solution; Sale Reinforces Airlines Revenue Generating Focus.

ROSEMONT, Ill. -- Abanco International, LLC, a leading provider of payment processing solutions, today announced Allegiant Air, LLC has selected its industry leading Mobile Data Technology (MDT) In-Flight solution to automate its on-board services. The combined hardware and software solution will enable Allegiant to process cash, credit cards, and attraction tickets on-board all its flights. Abanco expects to implement the solution during the fourth quarter of 2005.

By utilizing the In-Flight application, Allegiant will be able to process credit card transactions and print receipts for passengers for in-flight purchases. Allegiant Air says the capability of the mobile technology can be expanded in the future to include inventory management, flight-specific financial analysis of its service programs, and the different product and service offerings.
