Allegiance Bank Names Lynne C. Davis to Its Board of Directors.


BALA CYNWYD, Pa. -- Lynne C. Davis, President of The Davis Group, a consulting practice specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, is the newest member of the Board of Directors of Allegiance Bank of North America The Bank of North America was chartered on December 31, 1781 [1] by the Congress of the Confederation and opened on January 7, 1782, at the prodding of Finance Minister Robert Morris, and was rechartered in 1784.
