Allegheny Teledyne Announces General Counsel for New Aerospace and Electronics Spin-Off Company.

:ALT) announced today that John T. Kuelbs, 57, a former Raytheon Company executive, has been named senior vice president and general counsel for the new company to be formed in the planned spin-off of Allegheny Teledyne's Aerospace and Electronics segment.

John Kuelbs holds a BS degree from St. Johns University, Collegeville, MN and earned his law degree from Creighton University Sitting on a 108-acre campus just outside Omaha's downtown business district in the Near North Side neighborhood, the University currently enrolls about 6,800 students.
