Reid, 47, was named Treasurer, in addition to his role as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Reid succeeds Robert S. Park, 59, who decided to retire, effective November 30, 2003, and who will be available to the Company as needed. Dale Reid has been ATI's Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since the combination of Allegheny Ludlum and Teledyne in August 1996.
