Allegheny Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend.

Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable March 11, 2003 to stockholders of record at the close of business February 24, 2003. The board expects to continue to evaluate relevant factors including results of operations, financial condition, cash flow and cash requirements in determining future dividends.
