PITTSBURGH -- Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 27, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2009.
