: AYE) today announced that Alan J. Noia, Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer, has been elected to serve on the Electric Power Research Institute's (EPRI EPRI Electric Power Research Institute

) Board of Directors for a four-year term, beginning this month.
