: AYE) today announced that Eric S. Gleason will join the company as Vice President - Corporate Development, effective August 4.

Mr. Gleason's responsibilities will include strategic planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  and development and power market modeling and analysis. He brings to Allegheny 11 years of investment banking experience with two prominent Wall Street firms. Most recently, he was Executive Director, Natural Resources Investment Banking at JPMorgan. Prior to that, he was Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. He held positions in both firms' New York New York, state, United States
