LLC - Logical Link Control , will have about 4,000 megawatts (MW) in merchant generating capacity by year's end and will be actively selling generation into unregulated markets, adding new customers and increasing shareholder value. The nonutility business will include both retail and wholesale sales operations and is licensed to sell competitive electric generation at retail in Pennsylvania, New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
