: AYE), has been elected President of the Southeastern Electric Exchange by its Board of Directors. The election took place at the group's Annual Meeting held in Naples, Fla., last week.

Mr. Noia was elected April 1 to a term that will expire July 2001. In his new position, he will oversee the activities of the Southeastern Electric Exchange, the non-profit trade association of the nation's 30 electric and energy companies that are located in the Southeast. The Association was founded in 1933.
