Allconnect Receives Verizon Supplier Excellence Award; Company Recognized for Its Performance, Commitment to Error-Free Results.


ATLANTA Atlanta (ətlăn`tə, ăt–), city (1990 pop. 394,017), state capital and seat of Fulton co., NW Ga., on the Chattahoochee R. and Peachtree Creek, near the Appalachian foothills; inc. 1847.  -- Allconnect, Inc., the leading provider of home services for movers, has been recognized by Verizon with a 2005 Supplier Excellence Award. Allconnect won the Supplier of the Year in Verizon's Small Business category.

The Verizon Service Excellence Awards recognize companies that support Verizon's commitment to continuous improvement of quality and service to its customers through a passion for excellence. This is the fifth year Verizon has conducted the program. Criteria for winning includes: quality of service, year over year growth and meeting/exceeding performance metrics Performance metrics are measures of an organizations activities and performance. Performance metrics should support a range of stakeholder needs from customers, shareholders to employees [1]. . Verizon recognized just 14 companies in five categories.

The Verizon Supplier Excellence Award is Allconnect's third major recognition in the last year. In 2005, Inc. Magazine ranked Allconnect number 73 in its annual Inc. 500 List of America's 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
