The service is free for residents, including comprehensive plan offerings, side-by-side comparison shopping features for services not defined by properties and access to a personal advisor to help recommend plans based on resident needs. Residents are only responsible for paying fees normally assessed by service providers for new hookups, connections or required deposits.
