Allconnect, Inc. Opens State-of-the-art Call Center in St. George, Utah Doubling Its Capacity.

ST. GEORGE, Utah -- Allconnect, Inc., the leading provider of household relocation services, today announced the opening of its new 25,600 square-foot call center in St. George, Utah on January 12, 2005. The center will employ up to 250 people.

"Our new Utah facility expands our reach in the Western United States. The St. George location was chosen over eight site finalists because of the redundant fiber-optic availability, a favorable labor market, and Mountain time zone," said Mark Miller, Allconnect's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The St. George call center is expected to process over one million inbound calls from across the nation in 2005. Allconnect invested more than $1 million on interiors, furniture and hi-tech equipment to retrofit the facility to its needs.

Allconnect associates at the new center will enjoy an amount of work space on the high end of industry standards. Each 30-square-foot work area will be equipped with Voice Over Internet Protocol and 17-inch flat screen monitors on adjustable arms that allow associates to receive calls while sitting or standing.

The opening of the new center in the Mountain Time Zone significantly expands Allconnect's reach into the western half of the nation and doubles its call handling capacity. The eastern portion of the country continues to be serviced by the company's Atlanta facility.
