Allaire Community Bank Receives Approval for Branch Office.

SEA GIRT, N.J. -- Allaire Community Bank, Wall Township, NJ (OTCBB:ALCY) is pleased to report it has received approval from the appropriate governmental agencies to establish a branch office in the World Class Shop Rite Supermarket located on Route 34 and Lakewood Road, Wall Township, NJ. This will be the seventh office of Allaire Community Bank since inception in 1997 and will continue Allaire's tradition of servicing clients as its mission.

Renata Bonelli and Kim Nagel, Manager and Assistant Manager, respectively, of the former Trust Company of NJ's in-store branch, have accepted positions with Allaire Community Bank and can be reached at 732-292-1600.

Anticipated opening date for the Shop-Rite branch will be in July 2004.
