Allaire Announces Expanded Support for Microsoft BackOffice 2.0; Support for BackOffice 2.0 is part of new Allaire Intranet strategic product offering.

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 30, 1996--As part of its new Intranet strategic product offering, Allaire Corp. announced today expanded support in Cold Fusion Professional 1.5 and Allaire Forums Enterprise for Microsoft BackOffice 2.0.

The Allaire Intranet product strategy offers a new set of solutions for the growing corporate Intranet market by building on the success of Cold Fusion and Allaire Forums on the Internet. The Intranet package includes Cold Fusion Professional 1.5, the Cold Fusion Fuel Packs, and Allaire Forums Enterprise.

Cold Fusion gives Web developers the tools to build a new generation of Intranet client/server applications which integrate emerging Internet technologies with standard APIs and protocols. The Cold Fusion Fuel Packs offer a series of enhancements to Cold Fusion including Web Application Wizards. Allaire Forums Enterprise offers a turnkey solution for deploying enterprise wide computer conferencing on corporate Intranets.
