All-electric rubber molding machinery.

An all-electric tiebarless machine features a fully integrated six-axis robot, and can be used to process an original application with Viton fluoroelastomer. The E-Motion 310/110 US machine can run a 64-cavity valve-gated mold with in-mold slitting slit

The part being molded is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  check valve (Mech.) a valve in the feed pipe of a boiler, or other conduit, to prevent the return of the feed water or other fluid.

, which would traditionally be compression or transfer molded. Traditional molding methods are said to be high labor/high waste. By utilizing the accuracy of the company's all-electric machine, and the addition of a fully-integrated six-axis robot, the company offers a solution which is said to eliminate labor, reduce waste and provide the consistency and accuracy required for today's manufacturing environment.

Additional benefits are said to include the ability to switch between strip rubber, liquid silicone rubber Noun 1. silicone rubber - made from silicone elastomers; retains flexibility resilience and tensile strength over a wide temperature range
synthetic rubber, rubber - any of various synthetic elastic materials whose properties resemble natural rubber
and even thermoplastics with simple screw and barrel change-over, giving ultimate molding flexibility; repeatability and reliability of an all-electric machine; 30-40% energy savings compared to traditional hydraulic machines hydraulic machine, machine that derives its power from the motion or pressure of water or some other liquid.
