All-Quotes, Inc. changes name to SunRiver Corporation; New NASDAQ Trading Symbol Is SRVC.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 30, 1995--All-Quotes, Inc., (The Nasdaq Stock Market: ALQT) announced that effective today, the Company's name has been changed to SunRiver Corporation and the Company's common stock will begin trading under its new NASDAQ symbol, SRVC SRVC - San Ramon Valley Campus (Diablo Valley Community College, California)
SRVC - Sanford Regional Vocational Center (Sanford, Maine)
SRVC - Society for Rehabilitation of the Visually Challenged (India)
SRVC - Southwestern Regional Volleyball Camp
srvc - service
, tomorrow, December 1, 1995.

This name change was approved in May 1995 by shareholders representing a majority of the Company's outstanding common stock.

Management noted that the name All-Quotes, Inc. has not been reflective of the Company's operations since late in 1994 when the Company decided to dispose of its electronically distributed financial information business. Current operations, overseen by new management since December 1994, are comprised of the businesses of two operating subsidiaries, SunRiver Data Systems, Inc., a leading provider of text terminals, MultiConsole personal terminals and X-Stations; and TradeWave Corporation, a provider of Internet software and services. Certain assets of Digital Electronic Corporation's (NYSE: DEC) "VT" and "Dorio" text terminal business which the Company acquired in October 1995, are being incorporated into the Company's SunRiver Data Systems, Inc. subsidiary.

Gerald Youngblood, Chairman and President stated, "The change in our Company's name to SunRiver Corporation more properly reflects our corporate identity as a leading provider of display terminals and related Internet software. In fact, we have achieved the distinction of being the world's second largest provider of text terminals and are pursuing various opportunities which should enable us to expand our presence as a provider of Internet related services and information to the desktop."
