All-Pure Chemical Co. and KIK Corp. Announce Agreement.TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 15, 1998--All-Pure Chemical Co. and KIK KIK Klub Inteligencji Katolickiej (Poland) KIK [not an acronym] Laughing Out Loud (letters adjacent to LOL - keyboarding error) KIK Key Integrity Key Corp. announced a strategic initiative pursuant to which KIK will operate the household bleach business of an All-Pure subsidiary, T.C. Products Inc., and the subsidiary will supply KIK with its bulk bleach requirements. KIK will have an option to purchase that business for an agreed-upon price. Other terms of the transaction, which has become effective, were not disclosed. KIK and All-Pure intend to pursue other opportunities in packaged bleach in the West.
