All-Comm Media is a direct marketing, information and media services company which recently announced shareholder approval to change the corporate name from Sports-Tech Inc. to All-Comm Media Corp., along with a one-for-four reverse split of the shares of the company's common stock. As a result, of the split, the current shares outstanding are 3,048,792 compared to the previously outstanding shares of 12,195,170. The split is intended to position the company for a future listing on the NASDAQ National Market System. The change of name was to remove any possible association between All-Comm Media and the business activities of the prior management and board of directors as well as to indicate the new corporate vision.
