The Greater Manchester club is offering lager, alcopops and shots of whisky and vodka in its "January sale". Drinkers get a voucher for their first drink and can exchange empties for refills between 11pm and 3am at the Tokyo club in Oldham, Government minister Phil Woolas, MP for Oldham East and Saddleworth, described the promotion as "simply irresponsible".
