In May of 2002, The Durst Organization, owners of 4 Times Square, asked Riser to assess their existing 132-foot FM tower (originally designed by Riser) and determine an approach to accommodate up to 20 TV and 18 FM stations. Riser helped redesign the rooftop structure to handle this larger capacity. The impressive 385-foot communications tower is set to host a top-mount single channel TV antenna, three master television antennas and a master FM antenna, plus future capacity. The facility is currently capable of transmitting 17 TV and 18 FM station signals.

The first tower sections from Electronics Research Inc. were installed in July, and by early October, the tower was topped-off. On October 30, WABC WABC Worldwide Association of Business Coaches
