All options open for establishing Govts writ in Swat: Bijarani.


ISLAMABAD, April 24, 2009 (Balochistan Times) -- Federal Minister for Education Mir Hazzar Khan Bijarani has said that government has let its all options open for restoring writ of ENTRY, WRIT OF. The name of a writ issued for the purpose of obtaining possession of land from one who has entered unlawfully, and continues in possession. This is a mere possessor action, and does not decide the right of property.
