All change at iCap.

iCap Realty Advisors, LLC, a national mortgage banking and investment sales firm, has recently relocated its headquarters from Chicago, Illinois to The Woodlands, Texas.

The Woodlands, home to companies such as Anadarko, Chicago Bridge and Iron, Hewitt Associates and Chevron, is located about 30 miles north of downtown Houston. The new iCap headquarters will be located on the corner of Research Forest Drive and Gosling inside the home of the iCap Texas partner.

As part of this transition, Paul Gardaphe', CCIM, has been named the new president and COO of iCap.

Gardaphe' brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new position. He holds a BC in Finance from DePaul University and is a licensed broker in the state of Texas. "iCap has a great history of strong performance and recognition among industry leaders. As president, I plan to surpass client expectations and continue to make iCap one of the leading commercial real estate intermediaries," stated Gardaphe'.

In addition to Gardaphe's leadership, iCap is guided by a Board of Managers comprised by a representative from each iCap partner. Recently, Don Hickey of iCap Texas was appointed as chairman of The Board of Managers. Those serving on this year's Board are James J. Houlihan (New York), Mike Welty (Atlanta), Eric Lutz (Michigan) and Ed Brown (Philadelphia). Together, this team of experienced professionals is poised to grow and expand iCap throughout the country.

By working closely with over 90 different capital sources, iCap producers were able to close over 350 loans in 2005 totaling $3 billion dollars with an average loan size of $8.4 million.
