All Star Gas Corporation Files Plan of Reorganization; Filing Plan is Next Step toward Enabling Company to Emerge from Bankruptcy as Operations Continue.

All Star Gas Corporation today announced that it filed a Plan of Reorganization with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  on Dec. 31, 2003, a key step toward emerging from bankruptcy protection. The company is preparing additional filings and intends to move quickly to secure court approval of the Plan.
