CACI International Inc. (NYSE: CAI) announced earlier this month that it was awarded a prime contract to support the multiple-award Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST) program. The contract was awarded by the Department of the Army, Southern Region Contracting Command. The company will provide Army FIRST with a wide range of logistics support services. Army FIRST is a 20-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) task order contract with a total estimated ceiling value of $36 billion, to be awarded over four five-year acquisition cycles of $9 billion in funding ceilings each. CACI Int'l is a military logistics provider and a part of the All Star Analyst Portfolio.

Cameron (NYSE: CAM), which remains on the All Star Portfolio, is a Zacks #1 Rank company with earnings estimates for this year and next that have risen 4% and 5.2% respectively in the past three months. For the third quarter, the international manufacturer of oil and gas pressure control equipment reported earnings per share of 80 cents, excluding items, on total revenues of $978.8 million. Earnings advanced year over year from 43 cents while revenues advanced 54% from $636.6 million. EPS also beat the consensus by 9.6%. Furthermore, orders increased 42% in the quarter while backlog reached a new high.

Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE: HLT) recently reaffirmed its preliminary 2007 guidance from late October, which includes pro forma comparable worldwide owned hotel RevPAR and margin growth of about 7% to 9% and 125 basis points to 175 basis points respectively. In addition, the company plans on adding about 120,000 rooms to its global system between 2007 and 2009, with a gradually increasing percentage of room growth coming from international markets. Hilton Hotels also released its earnings growth and global unit growth expectations through 2009. The hotels giant reached 52-week highs on Dec 13 - Dec 15 and remains one of the All Stars' favorite names in the space.

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) reported third-quarter earnings per share of 89 cents on revenues of $1.12 billion. Earnings advanced from 53 cents a year earlier and eclipsed the consensus by approximately 48%. Revenues for the energy services company advanced from $498.2 million. McDermott Int'l said the increase in revenues and operating income is primarily attributable to the reconsolidation of The Babcock & Wilcox Company's financial results beginning in March 2006. The company also said that the energy markets it serves continue to be robust. McDermott remains a Zacks #1 Rank company and member of the All Star Analyst Portfolio.
