This exclusive portfolio represents all stocks with a Strong Buy rating from at least four analysts with a 5-Star All Star ranking. These are the brokerage analysts whose stock recommendations proved to be the most profitable for investors. Since July 2002, this portfolio has generated an annualized annualized

return of 11.63%, exceeding the S&P 500. Here is a synopsis of why these stocks are in the All Star Analysts Portfolio:

Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE:BHI) said pricing realization exceeded its expectations in the first quarter. Late last month, the company posted earnings per share from continuing operations continuing operations

of 93 cents on revenue of $2.06 billion. The earnings result surged year-over-year from 53 cents and exceeded the consensus by almost 18%. Meanwhile, revenue jumped 26% from $1.64 billion. Baker Hughes said the environment remains positive for continued market growth over the next several years. The company, which completed the sale of its 30% minority interest in WesternGeco shortly after the quarterly report, remains a favorite with the All Stars.

Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) is a leading manufacturer of Professional Instrumentation, Industrial Technologies, and Tools and Components. Earlier this week, the company confirmed its guidance range for the second quarter and full year 2006. Danaher expects earnings per share between 73 cents and 78 cents for the quarter, and between $3.07 and $3.17 for the year. In April, the company posted first quarter earnings per share that improved year-over-year while bettering the consensus, as sales advanced 17.5%. Danaher said the broad-based strength across its businesses reinforces confidence of positive results for the rest of 2006.

Patterson-UTI Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ:PTEN) provides onshore contract drilling services to exploration and production companies in North America. The company reported first quarter earnings per share of 91 cents earlier this month, which more than doubled the previous year's performance while eclipsing the consensus by almost 10%. Revenues surged by 70% to $598 million from $351 million. Patterson-UTI said it continued to experience further increases in pricing, reflecting continued demand for its services, along with the ongoing scarcity of land-based drilling rigs. Furthermore, the company's Board approved a doubling of the quarterly cash dividend. The All Stars continue to like Patterson-UTI Energy's potential.

Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) barely fell short of consensus expectations with fiscal first quarter earnings per share of 63 cents, but the result still improved year-over-year from 55 cents. Furthermore, Target remains one of the All Stars' favorite names in retail. Total revenues in the quarter advanced by 12.1% to approximately $12.86 billion, compared to about $11.5 billion in the same period last year. That gain was driven by a 5.1% increase in same-store sales combined with the contribution from new store expansion and its credit card operations. Target stated that the performance underlies its confidence that it will continue to generate profitable market share growth and reinforces its belief that it can achieve a mid-teen percentage increase in EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format.  for full year 2006.
