All American Homes(R) Asking Builders and Developers at International Builders Show in Orlando to ''Take Control!'' of the Home Building Process with Systems-Built Housing.

DECATUR, Ind. -- All American Homes Partners with Biggest Names in Building to Showcase its 2,000 Square Foot "Classic Series" Ranch Home On Site at Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida, January 11-14

All American Homes, the leading full-line, residential-quality, systems-built housing company in North America, is showcasing its best selling 2,000 square foot Classic Series Georgetown Elite ranch home at the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida, January 11-14. Their goal is to attract and retain more builders, developers, and architects who want to "Take Control!" of the home building process by integrating a wide variety of custom, systems-built housing.

All American Homes currently serves 35 states from six construction facilities across the U.S. supplying over 350 builder-partners. All American Homes is a true full-line supplier of a wide array of residentially-coded, systems-built housing, including its Classic Series Ranch, Cape Cod, Two Story homes; Spirit of America homes in the same classic configurations; deluxe Signature Series homes; Vacation Home cottages; Narrow Lot Homes; and the Richmond Series of Multi-Family Housing. In addition, the company's log homes from its Ameri-Log Homes division have offerings ranging from modest 900 square-foot cabins to luxurious 3,000 square-foot homes.

Steve Kerr, Executive Vice President of All American Homes, LLC, stated the company's goal for the show and the 2006 sales year. "This year we're displaying our best selling Georgetown Elite ranch home to showcase to builders, developers and architects how systems-built housing can help them 'Take Control' of the entire building and construction process. We're looking for forward-thinking builders and developers that want better control of rising raw materials costs, shorter construction timetables, fewer sub-contractors, and on-time projects."

Kerr is also seeking to educate builders and architects how All American Homes' wide array of systems-built housing offers the flexibility of custom-built homes. "Developers can take control of their sales and design processes by working with their architects and our design experts to customize literally hundreds of homes and floor plans. If a builder chooses, he can work with our architectural designers off-site to customize a home perfect for each customer. This flexibility, combined with shorter construction cycles, means that our builders benefit from increased volume and very satisfied customers," Kerr concluded.

Building with only the finest components, All American Homes builder partners at the show include the best names in building: Andersen(R) Windows and Doors, West Windows(R), Merillat(R) cabinetry, Corian(R) countertops, Delta(R) faucets, Aker(R) tubs and showers, Kohler(R) bathroom fixtures, Sears(R) appliances, Therma-Tru(R) exterior doors, Shaw(R) flooring, Schlage(R) locksets, James Hardie(R) siding, Certainteed(R) roofing, SeaGull(R) lighting, Closet Maid(R) shelving, Congoleum(R), Quick Step(R), Edge Flooring(R), Grand Openings(R) Broan/Nutone(R), Solatube(R), Cutler Hammer(R), CMH(R) Flooring, and Rheem(R).
