All American Announces Fourth Consecutive Quarterly Sales Record and Record-Breaking Year in Sales.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 7, 2000

-- 1999 Sales Up 32% to Approximately $330 Million;

Fourth Quarter Sales Exceed $90 Million --

All American American, river, 30 mi (48 km) long, rising in N central Calif. in the Sierra Nevada and flowing SW into the Sacramento River at Sacramento. The discovery of gold at Sutter's Mill (see Sutter, John Augustus) along the river in 1848 led to the California gold rush of  Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEMI), a leading national distributor of electronic components, today announced that unaudited sales for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 1999 were approximately $91 million, an increase of approximately 41% over sales of $65 million in the same period of 1998. Sales for the year were approximately $330 million in 1999, an increase of approximately 32% over sales of $250 million in 1998. The sales increases were internally driven and reflect increased sales in most territories.
