Alize Signs ``Queen of All Media'' Wendy Williams to Endorsement Deal and Multifaceted Marketing Partnership.


NEW YORK -- Alize:

--Media-powerhouse Wendy Williams to serve as key spokesperson for Alize liqueur liqueur (lĭkûr`), strong alcoholic beverage made of almost neutral spirits, flavored with herb mixtures, fruits, or other materials, and usually sweetened. The name derives from the Latin word to melt. brands.

--Williams to star in new advertising campaign scheduled to break Summer '06.

--Partnership will feature multiple levels of advertising, marketing and promotion between Alize and Wendy Williams' numerous media ventures and community service programs.

--Alize gains new ways to connect with customers and deepen brand affinity through Wendy Williams relationship.

Alize, one of the nation's leading liqueur brands, announced today that it will celebrate its twentieth year since entry into the US market with the kick-off of an exciting new advertising and promotional campaign featuring urban media powerhouse Wendy Williams.

Alize officials and Williams made the announcement at Alize's corporate headquarters in New York City following Williams' formal introduction to parent company Kobrand's key executives on May 25, 2006.

Through an exclusive partnership with Alize, Williams will appear in a national advertising campaign across the full compliment of Alize's liqueurs. In addition, Alize will bring key consumers closer to the brand through synergies with her signature radio program "The Wendy Williams Experience" as well as developing partnerships and associations with her various media ventures.

"This partnership with Wendy Williams is about much more than an advertising campaign," said Charles Palombini, President, Kobrand, Inc. "This is a multi-level relationship that provides our retail partners with a unique connection to consumers nationwide." In addition to advertising and promotions, Ms. Williams will play an integral role in the Alize experience at the retail level.

The brand will also integrate various corporate responsibility and goodwill initiatives into its advertising, marketing and cross-promotional programs.

"Not only is Wendy a dynamic radio personality, she is also a successful author, social commentator and business woman. To commemorate the partnership Alize has concocted a signature cocktail consisting of Alize Red Passion and champagne appropriately dubbed "The Experience."

Alize and Williams will also pursue cross-promotional activities with other businesses operated by Question Mark Entertainment (Williams' Business Enterprise). Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Wendy Williams

In 2001 Wendy Williams joined the WBLS-FM family and in 2003 Superadio launched the nationally syndicated radio show "The Wendy Williams Experience." Wendy Williams is often called a "shock jock diva," a "radio gossip guru," and even the "Queen of All Media."

Williams has won "Radio Personality of the Year" awards from Billboard Magazine, Black Radio Exclusive and Radio & Records Magazine. In 2003 she penned her first literary works "Wendy's Got the Heat" and "The Wendy Williams Experience." Wendy Williams has also hosted "Wendy Williams Is on Fire" - a series of interview specials on VH1.

Alize

Alize is a unique, all natural premium spirit produced and bottled by L. & L., S.A., Cognac Cognac (kônyäk`), city (1990 pop. 19,932), Charente dept., W France, in Angoumois, on the Charente River.
