Alize COCO.* Alize, the passion fruit liqueur imported by Kobrand from France, has added Alize COCO Coco, river, c.466 mi (750 km) long, rising in S Honduras and flowing E into Nicaragua and then NE to the Caribbean Sea. Part of the Mosquito Coast region, and once the object of dispute between Honduras and Nicaragua, the middle and lower course forms the boundary to its line of vodka-based passion-fruit liqueurs (now numbering seven flavors). A combination of natural coconut and passion fruit, Alize COCO is made from fresh and natural ingredients that deliver a slightly sweet finish, the company says. Alize COCO can be enjoyed as an ingredient in a wide range of cocktails, or on the rocks.
