Alizadeh Steps Down as MGAM Director.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2002

Multimedia Games Inc. (Nasdaq:MGAM MGAM Multimedia Games ) announced today that effective Jan. 1, 2002, Ali Alizadeh Ali Alizadeh (Persian: علي عليزاده, born May 3, 1981 in Shiraz, Iran) is an Iranian football player, who currently plays for IPL giants Esteghlal F.C.  resigned as a director of Multimedia Games Inc.

Alizadeh resigned his position to devote his efforts to forming an investment banking firm. Alizadeh has served as a director to Multimedia Games since August 1999 and will continue to serve as a consultant to the Company in the future.

MGAM provides system services to gaming establishments. These services include designing and developing video lottery and interactive bingo bingo
