Alive.com To Unveil e-Show Engine and e-Show Wizards At TeleCon West; Alive.com Will Debut Multimedia Creation Technology At TeleCon West Conference This Week.


SEATTLE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1999--

Alive.com, a Seattle-based multimedia application service provider, today announced the Company will debut two Web technologies, the Alive e-Show Engine and Alive e-Show Wizards, at the TeleCon Conference and Exposition, November 3-5, Anaheim Convention Center Anaheim Convention Center is a major convention center in Anaheim, California. The Alive e-Show Engine and Alive e-Show Wizards make it simple for companies to power their Web sites with media creation functionality, enabling their end users to create and manage audio, video, graphics and voice narration directly from their Web site.

How the e-Show Engine and e-Show Wizards Work

The Alive.com e-Show Engine is the Web's first scalable and extensible media engine for publishing, encoding See encode. , hosting and managing media-enhanced content on any Web site or portal. The e-Show Engine powers both Web sites and desktop applications to provide an easy, user-friendly way to create, share, and manage media on the Web.

Alive e-Show Wizards provide customizable interfaces, consistent with a site's look and feel, that enable multimedia content creation from any Web site. Powered by the e-Show Engine, e-Show Wizards guide a Web site's end users through a template (1) A pre-designed document or data file formatted for common purposes such as a fax, invoice or business letter. If the document contains an automated process, such as a word processing macro or spreadsheet formula, then the programming is already written and embedded in the  driven media creation process from start to finish. No software is required and voice narration can be added using the telephone or other PC-based devices.
