Technology Solutions Company to Help Chief of Navy Information Office (CHINFO CHINFO Chief of Information ) Improve Processes and Enhance Outreach

MCLEAN, Va. -- Alion Science and Technology Alion Science and Technology (pronounced: ah-LYE-un) is an employee-owned technology solutions company delivering technical expertise and operational support to the Department of Defense, civilian government agencies and commercial customers. , an employee-owned technology solutions provider, has been awarded a $97 million contract to support the Chief of Navy Information Office (CHINFO) with media relations, community outreach, visual information systems, information technology support, Web site portal management and business case analysis development and assessment.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ IDIQ Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (contracting/procurement) ) contract runs for one base year with four, one-year options. Subcontractors include Delta Resources, The Minor Group and Vox Optima.
