As a result of the acquisition, Couche-Tard has approximately 625 outlets, over $700 million in consolidated annual sales, and close to $180 million in consolidated assets.

He currently serves as the chairman, president, and CEO of Alimentation Couche-Tard, and also serves on the board of directors of Quebecor Inc. Both corporations are based in Quebec. Bouchard had a net worth of $612 million CDN in 2006. , Couche-Tard's president and chief executive officer.
