 headquartered in Atlanta, announces it has reached an agreement with Guardian Resources, Inc., a fully integrated managed care organization headquartered in Holiday, Fla.

Guardian Resources, a four year old PPO, provides access to physicians and ancillary services to nearly 1 million people in every state. Under the agreement Alignis will provide Guardian Resources with credentialed chiropractors throughout its current seven state network to serve a patient population of nearly 200,000 lives. Alignis and Guardian Resources contemplate expanding their relationship into other regions as the Alignis network grows. The agreement extends to health and workers compensation benefits. Guardian Resources maintains over 220 payor accounts.
