 Insurance Group. Phoenix is a fully integrated suite of policy administration, claims processing, and billing applications. The achievement of this milestone builds on previous work done by Align360 at FCCI and expands the company's insurance offerings to additional states across the US.

Working from its foundation of existing business offerings and leveraging Align360's expertise, FCCI was able to confidently add several new lines of business to their service offerings in three previously unavailable states (Georgia, Alabama, and North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States.
