Alibris, a website that sells used, new and hard-to-find books, music and movies, is connecting its customers to a few U.S. troops through a "Wishlist" from soldiers and civilians living in and around the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.

At www.alibris.com, customers can purchase books from a list of titles gathered by Marine sergeant Ryan McGeeney, who is stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan. Alibris will ship the books overseas with a personal note from the customer who makes the donation. The books range from We Were Soldiers Once ... and Young to The New American Medical Dictionary A medical dictionary is a lexicon for words used in medicine.
