Our expertise in this country is distributing money, not creating it. And so, as always, for Northern Ontario it comes down to preparing for a new master. There will be no help from the province. The Liberals and Tories have no stomach for these matters and Howard Hampton who is huffing and puffing had his chance in power and made no lasting impact when he was there. We are on our own.
